The scholarship, which was increased to $240,000 in 2017-18, is divided among selected recipients at each of the 16 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference member institutions. The scholarship is in recognition of Butch Raymond, the NSIC Commissioner from 2004 to 2014.
Neuharth, a junior from Prior Lake, was a member of the Beavers' NSIC Championship soccer team in 2018. She is majoring in nursing and is completing her junior year with a 3.63 grade point average.
Touchett, also a nursing major, played in all 28 matches for the BSU volleyball team last season. The Verona, Wis., native carries a 3.55 GPA as she completes her junior year.
Falldorf, also a nursing major, is completing her junior year at Minot State. The 2016 BHS graduate played in all 30 matches last year for the MSU Beavers.
To be eligible for the scholarship, the recipient must be a senior academically in 2019-20, have a GPA of 3.20 or higher, be participating in intercollegiate athletics and plan to work in a health-related field or attend graduate school in a health-related field.
